•Advanced notice of 24 hours is required to cancel your slot, otherwise you are responsible for paying for it.

•When you need to change a slot, you are responsible for looking at the calendar, finding an open slot, THEN notifying Jo of the slot you want to move to.

•If the slot is not marked OPEN please don't ask for it. Keep in mind Jo needs to see her family and dog occassionally.
