My excitement in training people is obvious from the first time we meet. I train across the spectrum of athletes, from those making lifestyle changes – whether through strength or losing weight - to stroke patients, to clients dealing with dementia, Alzheimer's, or Parkinson's disease, expecting moms, and a whole lot more.
I care about every client I train. Success & goal-based training is my mission. My gym supports everyone in a non-intimidating atmosphere – so whether you are a novice or a seasoned athlete, you are always welcomed at Jo's.
